  • What if I need training before or after buying a system?
    We have in-field training classes that last one or two days, once or twice a month, between May 1st and October 1st. Our hands-on training is designed to keep you engaged, with classes ranging from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 15 participants. We do not do one-on-one in-person classes. In-field training classes will be located in London, Ontario. The hotel closest to the training site will be posted for out-of-province trainees. Training will be live on site, consisting of a roof wash and exterior wash. It will cover soaps and chemicals for what you're washing, how to use the pump and system itself, and hands-on experience with the entire wash itself. If in-person training is not a viable option for you, we also offer training videos that you can purchase and watch from the comfort of your home.
  • How do I know which system I need?
    The short answer is whatever your budget allows. All the systems we sell use pumps to wash houses, roofs, or buildings. That's why we only sell pumps with high psi and high gpm. This allows you to buy the entry-level system and still be able to wash a roof or house and not be limited in what you can do. There is no wrong choice, only what your budget allows. As your business starts generating revenue from your initial system, you'll have the opportunity to expand into larger systems. These advanced setups, equipped with multiple pumps and machines, will enable you to efficiently manage a crew of 2 or 3 individuals. Whether you're initially operating with a crew and a substantial budget, or you're starting from scratch and gradually transitioning into larger systems, the potential for growth and scalability is within your reach. Just choose which system is within your budget and start washing.
  • I purchased my equipment and training; how do I get work coming in?
    Congratulations, you are now self-employed! While we may not be your business coach, we can share some practical tips from our 20 years of experience running a business. These insights will equip you with the knowledge you need for your self-employment journey. To be self-employed and generate work, you will need things such as: You will need organizational skills, money management, time management, motivation, etc. Hire a website designer. Create a social media page to upload pictures and videos of your work. Make business cards and flyers to distribute from house to house in a neighbourhood you want to work in. Pay Google ads and run social media ads to inform your city of your services so you can get the phone ringing. Having a business shirt made and some signs on your vehicle also helps with your image as a service company. Track the costs of each job and what you're charging the client, and then you will know what your profit is. Only profit matters.
  • Shipping – when do I get the system that I ordered?
    We do not stock systems; your system is built to order. From online purchase to system in your hands, it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Global supply chain issues may still happen at random and without warning and are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience. When your system is ready to be shipped to you, a final time range will be given to you, allowing you to track your shipment. We do all we can while your system is in our hands, meaning we check and mark it as properly functioning and without damage before it’s shipped and out of our hands.
