Online Training Policy

1. No Refund Policy:

Once the online training has been purchased, no refunds will be provided.

2. Training Completion Timeline:

Participants must complete the online training within 48 hours from the time of purchase.

3. Recording Prohibition:

  • Recording of any part of the online training sessions is strictly prohibited.

4. Certification Requirement:

To receive certification, participants must complete an in-person training session conducted by Prima Soft Wash Systems. Completion of the online training alone does not qualify for certification.

5. Technical Requirements:

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary technology and internet connection to participate in the online training.

6. Support:

Technical support will be available during regular business hours to assist participants with any issues related to accessing or navigating the online training platform.

7. Liability Waiver:

Participants must agree to a liability waiver before accessing the online training, releasing Prima Soft Wash Systems from any responsibility for injuries or damages incurred during the training.

8. Confidentiality:

Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets disclosed during the online training.

9. Modifications:

Prima Soft Wash Systems reserves the right to modify or update this training policy at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.

By purchasing and accessing the online soft wash training program, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

In Person Training Policy

1. Attendance Policy:

  • All participants are expected to attend the scheduled training session(s) on time.

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.

2. Date Change Policy:

  • Participants are allowed to request a change in training dates, subject to availability.

  • A fee of 25% of the total training cost will be charged for changing dates.

3. Group Size Accommodation:

  • Training sessions will be conducted based on the number of participants per session.

  • We will accommodate participants according to the capacity of each session to ensure effective learning.

4. Travel Expenses:

  • All traveling expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, are the responsibility of the participant.

  • Participants are expected to make their own arrangements for travel to and from the training location.

5. Cancellation Policy:

  • Participants who cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled training date forfeit the full training fee.

  • Cancellations made 01 week or more before the scheduled training date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review.

6. Certification:

Participants who successfully complete the training program will receive a certificate of completion.

7. Code of Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during the training sessions.

  • Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the training program without a refund.

8. Liability Waiver:
